Knowing that needs vary from family to family, it is our goal, not only to help you find your new home, but also to help you build relationships in our friendly community. We’ve helped folks in Liberal, the Oklahoma Panhandle as well as those relocating to various places in the U.S.
We are a member of the Liberal Ministerial Alliance, Lions’ Club, Southwest Kansas Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

Tessy Barnett
Tessy grew up in Manitou Springs, CO and came to Garden City Community College on a track scholarship. She holds an associate’s degree and is a certified Montessori Instructor. She has competed in the Pancake Race for 20 years. Tessy has been a home maker for 21 years. She has worked for Pen Air and USD 480. She worked in a private school for 3 years. Tessy currently works for CallCory.Com. Tessy’s desire is to be a good role model so that young adults can make small quality choices leading to bigger life choices, enabling them to reach their destiny.
Technology Specailst
Claudia, has worked as a receptionist and transaction coordinator since 2013. She started working for CallCory.Com in August 2022. Before she worked for Landmark Real Estate Center for 9 years where she gained great experience overseeing transaction files. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys attending her children’s school activities and church.
